Beverin Nature Park

Beverin Nature Park spans the area surrounding Piz Beverin (2,998 metres above sea level). The park is home to four valley communities and two culturally and linguistically different settlements. You’ll find vibrant Walser German-speaking community and culture in the distinctive scattered settlements in Safiental, Tschappina and Rheinwald. In Schams, on the other hand, you’ll find the local Romansch community, with self-contained settlements and Alpine dairies in their villages.
