With his Grisons roots from Flims and his many years of experience in the hotel and restaurant industry, he will spoil you as a host. The trained chef and hotelier HF, spent his years in 5 star houses and GaultMillau restaurants and managed a catering in Zurich. His path led him from Flims, Zermatt, Adelboden, Leukerbad, Ascona, Lugano to Zurich, where he spent several years. With his affinity for nature and the mountains of Graubünden, he enjoys the wonderful place of Wergenstein.
